Who Are We

Yucca Tech is based in Wimbledon, London. It is a sister company to Yucca Recruitment that has been in business for over eight years. Yucca Recruitment started off with placements of candidates into work. It then expanded to placing candidates into the health industry. In 2022 we then applied to become a care agency. CQC registration was acquired in August 2022.

Yucca Tech is a registered company with company house. It is registered as a Private Limited Company. The director of the company is Emmaculata Lima who is the sole proprietor. She is passionate about business especially within the health industry. She has over 15 years experience, within the health sector.

What Do We Do

Yucca Tech is a business that is innovative and has found a gap in the market. It’s sister company is Yucca Recruit and has a vast knowledge of the health system. Yucca Tech’s sister company Yucca Recruit has also had the opportunity to work in both the recruitment of Care staff in the health system and Domiciliary Care. During this time it identified that there was a need for a ‘Body Map’ app which has been lacking in the industry. Body Maps still have to be done on a paper whereas other documents such as Medication charts, Daily notes to mention a few.

Yucca Tech aims to connect the care givers and the service provides. Our mission is to be the first-choice app when it comes to health care. Our vision is to create apps that will assist service users make record keeping a simple and smooth process. The mission is to reduce miscommunication and to ensure that the clients are safeguarded. In turn reducing paper use and contributing to saving the environment. Currently Yucca Tech4HelathCare has been an up coming business and is successful. It continues to grow and believes that this next step will create employment and contribute to the health care system.
